Stress, burnout, and disconnection from our inner selves is all too common — especially among mental health practitioners who already carry so much.

Natural Lifemanship’s headquarters in Brenham, Texas, is more than just a place to train. It’s your place to unplug and unwind while we hold space for you.

What to expect during your retreat

Personal Immersion

When you book Nourished, a self care retreat at NL Headquarters, you can expect a setting that gives you the support you need to step away from your daily routine.

Upon arriving, you’ll meet with our team for a tour of the property and opportunity to set intentions for your stay with us.

After that, you will guide your own schedule and experience. We will hold space for you and give you time away from other demands to powerfully care for and invest in yourself.

At the end of your time with us, you’ll meet with our team again to reflect on the experience and decide what to carry with you as you travel home.

Our Place is Your Place

During your Nourished retreat, you’ll stay at the NL HomePlace Inn, our lovely 12 bedroom boutique inn that was designed to help you find a sense of place, belonging and peace.

Optional Experience: Be With the Herd

Personal Immersion

Many visitors find peace and tranquility through spending time among the horses. For your safety, this is an experience where we must accompany you, however we will give you as much space as you desire while with the herd as you listen to them and watch them move.

Many visitors enjoy walking our labyrinth on their own, however if you would like a trusted guide for this contemplative practice, we would be honored to walk with you and provide tools for meditation and reflection along the way.

How to book

The Nourished self care retreat is 2 days and 3 nights long. The following dates are currently available:

  • April 22nd – 24th
  • April 29th – May 3rd
  • May 13th – 15th
  • May 20th – 24th
  • May 27th – 31st
  • June 3rd – 6th
  • June 10th – September 16th
  • Further Fall Dates TBA

Booking your Nourished retreat is as easy as selecting the dates that work for you on our Airbnb listing and booking directly through Airbnb. When you book please let Kristina Jareno, our Airbnb host, know that you are booking a room for a  Nourished Self-Care Retreat so that we can prepare for you.
